Melynie Cagle

My name is Melynie Cagle, and I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of experience. My journey began with a degree in psychology that led me to work in social work and receive additional education in counseling. In 2013 I graduated from Vanderbilt University where I earned a master's degree in nursing and later returned for a doctorate. I have experience in multiple settings and am ready to make a meaningful difference in the lives of my clients.

I am dedicated to utilizing evidence-based treatments in my practice. I will work with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan that helps them reach their goals and improve their mental health.

I am currently offering telehealth sessions for psychiatric evaluations and medication management to clients living in Tennessee. I take most commercial insurance as well as private pay. I am able to conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations, tailor individual treatment plans and prescribe medication when necessary.
