Great to meet you!

If you're living with OCD, intrusive thoughts, Body Dysmorphic Disorder, PTSD, or anxiety that won't let up no matter how hard you try to manage it, you already know how hard it is to find someone who truly gets it. With 8 years of experience and specialized training in ERP, I work with adults navigating OCD, BDD, PTSD, panic, and depression — using approaches that are clinically proven and tailored to you. I'm a real partner in your progress, not just a sounding board.

My approach to therapy

My work is active and collaborative — creative and open-minded, but grounded in the approaches that actually work. I use Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD and BDD, Prolonged Exposure for trauma, and CBT as a foundation for anxiety and depression. In practice, that means we work on real challenges at a pace that's demanding but not overwhelming. I also pull from Motivational Interviewing and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy when we need to map a clear path forward.

What you can expect from me

We'll start with what's bringing you in — what's been most difficult and what "better" looks like for you. I'll also gather the clinical picture I need to plan our work effectively. You don't need to have it all figured out before we meet. Most people leave our first session feeling like they finally have words for what they've been carrying, and a clear sense of what comes next.
