I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and certified in Perinatal Mental Health with over ten years of experience supporting individuals through life's most challenging transitions. My foundation is built in trauma-informed care, where I've dedicated my career to helping people develop resilience, process difficult experiences, and create a pathways toward healing. I also have completed training in clinical hypnosis.

My primary goal during this initial meeting is simply to get to know you as an individual, beyond any labels or diagnoses.
