I’ve been in the therapy world for 24 years, helping incredible women navigate everything from depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship strain to the everyday chaos that wears you down. Therapy isn't about checking boxes. It’s about honest conversations, real connection, and feeling understood. Clients feel lighter after our very first session, walking out more confident, grounded, and in control.
