Great to meet you!

Before I tried therapy, I didn’t believe that transformation was possible, but what I experienced profoundly changed my life and made me want to learn how to help others. I have a M.A. degree in Professional Counseling from Texas State University and speciality trainings in Sand Tray Therapy levels 1-4, Trauma-Informed Therapy, Trauma-Informed Art Therapy, Healing Early Attachment Wounds, Complexities of Gender and Identity, and 2 yr training in Hakomi , a Somatic Psychotherapy.

My approach to therapy

Through my holistic therapy approach, we will explore physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects of your life. Often, it’s helpful to incorporate expressive therapies like art-making, writing, or somatic therapy. I believe that my job is to help you connect to your own inner wisdom that will guide us towards your growth and healing.

What you can expect from me

Through mindfulness we will shine a light onto areas that have been in the shadows. Bringing them into the light frees up space and energy creating possibilities for more clarity, truth, and wholeness.

Working with me you will start to hear and trust your gut instincts and let your emotions guide you towards inner peace. As you practice listening to your own wisdom, you will start to discover your true purpose and build the courage to take actions that lead you to more contentment and joy.
