Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience as a high school mental health counselor, I especially enjoy working with teens, young adults, and families. I support clients working through anxiety, school stress, self-esteem, identity, and family or relationship challenges.

I believe therapy should feel like a safe place to be yourself, without judgment or pressure. My goal is to meet you where you are, listen with compassion, and help you feel more understood, confident, and supported along the way.

My approach to therapy

No two people are the same, so I don’t believe therapy should be one-size-fits-all. I draw from different approaches, including CBT, IFS, EFT, family systems, Imago, play therapy, and creative expression, depending on what feels most helpful for you. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you can be yourself, work through challenges, build new skills, and better understand yourself and your relationships—all at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What you can expect from me

I know starting therapy can feel a little uncomfortable or even awkward at first, so I work hard to create a space where you can feel comfortable being exactly who you are. My hope is that you feel welcomed, supported, and genuinely cared for from the moment we begin. Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to navigate it alone. We’ll work through it together—with honesty, compassion, and maybe even a little laughter along the way.

My goal is for you to walk away from each session feeling truly heard and understood, with a little more clarity, confidence, and hope than you had when you walked in. If you can leave feeling like you have been seen, accepted, and supported, with a plan in mind, then I feel like we’ve done something meaningful together.
