Great to meet you!

My inspiration to become a therapist was from my parents; they immigrated to the US to build a better life for themselves, committed themselves to growth, and developed a small business despite barriers. They showed me compassion and kindness and I in return learned how much the world and others also needed this. I ventured into the helping field and fell in love with witnessing the change and will of the human spirit.

My approach to therapy

I use a multicultural approach that helps to understand each client's individual needs through empathy, active listening, and a nonjudgmental standpoint to support healing and growth. My practice primarily focuses on serving individuals from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, with a particular emphasis on supporting people of color. I am committed to creating a safe and inclusive space.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, clients can expect a supportive space that fosters understanding, validation, and acceptance, empowering them to enhance their quality of life.
