Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy in both English and Mandarin. I help clients look beyond surface symptoms to heal from depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship wounds, life transitions, addictive behaviors, and acculturation difficulties.

In my previous profession, I frequently witnessed high-achieving individuals check every box of external success while carrying a deep, underlying sense of emptiness and anxiety. This inspired me to pursue counseling psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute, specializing in depth psychotherapy—an approach that honors the rich complexity of our inner worlds. Since then, I have provided care across community centers, schools, and private practice, guiding clients toward lasting transformation.

My approach to therapy

My approach connects deep self-discovery with real body healing. We will explore your inner world to uncover the root causes of your struggles rather than just managing symptoms. I also bring in EMDR to help you process and release painful past memories, alongside mindfulness to ground your nervous system and bring peace to your daily life.

What you can expect from me

I offer a warm and attentive space where you can feel safe to share your stories and explore new changes. We’ll spend time getting to know what brought you to therapy and what you’ve been carrying—always at a pace that feels comfortable for you. If you are ready to move beyond quick fixes and engage in a soulful process, I am here to support you in living with greater freedom and authenticity.
