I completed my Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Alabama A&M University. I have worked at multiple substance abuse facilities with adults and teenagers assisting with creating the change they desperately seeked. I’ve worked in community health and provided dedications as well as grace to my clients due to being aware of environmental trauma. "As a woman of color, I understand the stigma of always feeling that I can do it all and I have to do it all."

I specialize in working with a diverse range of clients, showcasing my expertise in various areas. I have a remarkable ability to connect with and assist teen boys in addressing challenges such as anger management and ADHD. Furthermore, my dedication extends to adults of all genders, as I excel in helping them navigate issues related to anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and trauma.
