Great to meet you!

Many of the people I work with feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship stress, burnout, or big life changes. On the outside, they may look “high-functioning,” but inside they feel exhausted, stuck, or disconnected. If you’re wanting real relief, healthier ways to cope, a better understanding of yourself, and more stability, you’re in the right place. Together, we’ll focus on improving relationships, managing emotions, rebuilding confidence, and creating meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I provide therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, mood instability, and life transitions. I draw from CBT, DBT, insight-oriented therapy, and practical coping strategies to help you regulate emotions, challenge unhelpful patterns, and build tools you can actually use in daily life. Our work will be collaborative, structured, and tailored to what you need most.

What you can expect from me

I know starting therapy can feel like a big step, especially if you’ve been carrying stress, pain, or uncertainty on your own for a long time. You don’t have to have the perfect words or a clear plan before you reach out. Therapy gives you a supportive space to feel understood, gain clarity, and begin making changes at a pace that feels manageable. When you’re ready, I’m here to help you get started.
