I am passionate about my career an experience with adolescents and adults who struggle with family and relationship problems, anxiety, grief, depression, addiction, trauma, self-esteem and motivation, and regulating difficult emotions. I want to help you determine why you are currently experiencing challenges and develop goals and actions to resolve these issues.

I am experienced in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and more. A trauma focused approach teaches us to manage and cope with stressors while processing our wounds. CBT changes and modifies our thought patterns to treat anxiety, depression, and other mental health disorders that may contribute to challenging thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

During our individualized sessions we will prioritize problems and recognize solutions by identifying strengths to reach your goals. You will be able heal and move forward in a safe and supporting environment.
