As a licensed (bilingual English/Spanish) clinical psychologist specializing in trauma, I have made it my life’s mission to decrease stigma related to the spectrum of mental health and promote healing and empowerment for the individuals and communities I serve.

As a trauma specialist, my goal is to help you feel more empowered and in control of your life by gaining insight on the past and building toward a sense of safety, authenticity, and balance in your future.

Together, we will explore what overwhelms you, makes you feel unsafe, or dis-empowers you. I will encourage you to be curious about yourself, embrace change, find balance, regain authenticity, and use your strengths to empower your life. We will collaborate to design an individualized treatment plan to meet your needs.
