Many people come to therapy feeling emotionally exhausted, overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, or disconnected from themselves. Some are struggling with trauma, mood swings, anxiety, burnout, relationship stress, or painful experiences they have carried for years while still trying to function in everyday life. I provide psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and therapy through telehealth in a supportive, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment. I believe treatment works best as a partnership — you bring your experiences and goals, and together we create a plan that helps you feel more stable, empowered, and moving forward.
