My approach to therapy

I offer: Talk therapy and/or Medication Management and/or Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART). ART is a faster version of EMDR that is highly effective for many disorders including PTSD, OCD, and addictions.

What you can expect from me

If you want positive change, I can be a partner to you as you walk the road to recovery. What sets me apart: My initial appointments are 90 minutes and my follow up appointments are 60+ minutes. I make the time to really hear you. I believe in Shared Decision Making - we are partners in medication decisions. I provide telehealth for Washington State.
