Great to meet you!

Every client brings a unique story, and I truly believe there’s no single definition of an “ideal” client. That said, I value working with individuals who are open to gentle accountability and committed to showing up for themselves—even when it's hard. I strive to be a consistent, supportive presence—someone who shows up, listens without judgment, and helps you navigate life’s challenges. I value honesty, consistency, and the ability to sit with discomfort while still finding moments of lightness. I appreciate clients who are willing to explore, grow, and even find a little laughter in the midst of tough conversations.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in clinical mental health training and evidence-based practices while always staying rooted in compassion and positive energy. I draw from CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and strength-based techniques to support you in working through trauma and life challenges
