Great to meet you!

Greetings!

I am Mercy, dual board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and Family nurse practitioner.

I am dedicated to helping patients across the lifespan navigate and address their mental health problems. I will do the same for you.

Seeking mental health care can be very overwhelming and scary, and making the right choice of provider is crucial. As your provider, I will establish a comfortable, and safe space for you to explore, heal, and grow.

Kind regards.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a wholistic approach and integrate both medication and talk/support therapy.

During our sessions together, I will treat you with respect, compassion and understanding, exploring every evidence-based medication or technique possible to help you overcome the challenges that have been holding you back.

I will assess, diagnose, prescribe medication or provide support therapy for you as needed. No matter what you are dealing with, I will initiate treatment on day one.

What you can expect from our first session

There is a solution for every mental health disorder, we just need to explore what works for you.

With consistency, determination and positivity, you can manage your mental health and live a great life.

Together, we will develop a plan of care specific to your needs, establish realistic goals and a possible timeframe within which to achieve them. If you do the work, comply with my recommendations, you will achieve positive outcomes.
