My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. I use:
Supportive counseling (empathy, active listening, gentle guidance).
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help shift unhelpful thoughts and patterns.
Solution-Focused strategies to build strengths and create practical change.
I applied Psychoeducation to help you understand yourself, your emotions, and your relationships.
My goal is to help you gain insight, build resilience, and make meaningful progress toward emotional wellness.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Colorado and my master’s degree in counseling with a specialization in Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy from the University of Phoenix in 2012.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in both Colorado and Arizona.
Across my clinical career, I’ve worked in:
Residential treatment settings
Community mental health centers
Department of Corrections
Private practice
This experience gives me a strong foundation in addressing a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns.
I am also committed to lifelong learning and regularly engage in advanced training to enhance my skills and support my clients more effectively.
