Great to meet you!

I’m a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) prepared Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who earned my doctorate from Elms College. I have over 10 years of experience in mental health care and nearly 19 years in the nursing field. Throughout my career, I have worked in inpatient, outpatient and community settings. I have experience supporting an treating a wide range of individuals, from young adults to older adults and geriatric patients.

My approach to therapy

My approach to care is compassionate, holistic, collaborative, and patient-centered. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel comfortable discussing their concerns and goals. I believe that mental health care works best when providers and clients work together to develop a treatment plan that is tailored to each person’s unique needs.

What you can expect from me

My objective for our first session is to establish a welcoming, encouraging, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel at ease discussing your life's events. We will spend time getting to know each other, discussing your concerns, symptoms, and goals for treatment.

I take a collaborative and patient-centered approach, so we will work together to develop a treatment plan that fits your needs. Finally, by the end of the session, my hope is that you feel heard, supported, and have a clearer understanding of the next steps toward improving your mental health and overall well-being.
