Hello! I bring over 20 years of healthcare experience and a passion for delivering compassionate, holistic mental health care. As a dual board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP), I integrate medical expertise with a collaborative, person-centered approach to support each individual’s unique needs.

I completed my doctoral education at Indiana State University and advanced training as a PMHNP at Northern Kentucky University. My practice, Empathy Health LLC, emphasizes evidence-based treatment while honoring the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.

I value building trusting relationships and empowering patients to take an active role in their healing journey.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to provide personalized, supportive care that fosters resilience, balance, and long-term well-being.
