I have over ten years experience as a therapist. I am deeply connected to nature and to self and to spirit, mind, body and soul and believe each client plays the lead role in creating their own life and therefore making the changes that they seek. I am trained as a coach; energy Reiki healer; and engage in spiritual mentorship and am a natural empath and facilitator of healing.

I take a holistic, empowered and strengths based approach to our work. While sometimes we use practical tools and tips along with some mindfulness based approaches, journaling, and movement, I also engage in deep questions and insights to reflect back what the client is bringing to the table.

I start each session with "where would you like to start today" and each client and session is unique, so we will be guided by the client driven treatment plan with goals and objectives but we see where it goes each session as well. While clients tell me I have "great insights" and we often share a lot of laughter (great for regulating the nervous system), oftentimes what is created in session cannot be put into words.
