Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Meredith! I’m a dual board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of clinical experience, specializing in a functional, root-cause approach to mental health. My background in both primary care and psychiatry allows me to take a more comprehensive, whole-body approach to mental health.

If you’ve been struggling with anxiety, ADHD, burnout, or feeling “off” - and nothing has fully worked - you’re not alone.

Many patients come to me after trying medications or therapy and still not feeling like themselves. They’re tired, overwhelmed, mentally foggy, or stuck in cycles that don’t make sense.

I take a functional, root-cause approach to mental health, looking beyond symptoms to understand what’s actually driving them — including stress, sleep, nutrition, inflammation, hormones, and nervous system imbalance.

I specialize in helping:

• High-functioning adults with anxiety or burnout

• ADHD (especially kids struggling with focus + overwhelm)

• Women dealing with mood, energy, or hormone-related changes

• Patients who feel “something is off” despite normal labs

My approach combines medication management (when helpful) with practical, real-life strategies so you can feel clearer, calmer, and more in control - not just temporarily better.

If you’re looking for a more personalized, whole-person approach, I’d love to help. Feel free to send me a message me for availability!

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and focused on real-life results.

I don’t just ask “what medication fits this symptom?” - I ask why the symptom is happening in the first place.

You can expect:

• Clear understanding of what’s driving your symptoms

• A personalized plan (not one-size-fits-all)

• Practical tools that fit into your daily life

• Thoughtful use of medication when appropriate

• A supportive, judgment-free space

The goal is simple: help you feel like yourself again - with sustainable, long-term improvement.

What you can expect from me

• Clarity: Understand what’s actually going on in your mind and body

• Direction: A clear, personalized plan forward

• Practical Tools: Strategies that work in real life

• Balance: Medication + lifestyle support when needed

• Support: A calm, grounded space where you feel heard
