Great to meet you!

Reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and I want you to know you do not have to figure everything out on your own. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York, and I work with clients who may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted by what they’re carrying. I support people navigating concerns like anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, chronic health challenges, and other emotional stressors. My goal is to create a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, feel truly heard, and begin moving toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in meeting you where you are. I believe therapy works best when it feels supportive, practical, and tailored to your needs rather than one-size-fits-all. Together, we can explore patterns, build insight, and develop tools that help you manage day-to-day challenges with more confidence. I strive to create a therapeutic relationship that feels respectful, compassionate, and steady, so you can feel safe doing the work at your own pace.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a space that feels thoughtful, welcoming, and focused on real progress. Over time, I hope our work helps you better understand yourself, strengthen coping skills, and feel more equipped to handle whatever life is bringing up for you. Whether you’re working through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, or a major life change, my aim is to help you leave sessions feeling more supported, more clear, and more empowered in your next steps.
