Great to meet you!

Hey there!! I am Meredith. I have been a practicing therapist for about 4.5 years, but my career in Social Work began in 2015. I graduated from Taylor University with a degree in Social Work in 2015 then obtained my Masters in Social Work from IU Indy (formerly IUPUI) in 2017.

I have had the opportunity to work in many different environments with all sorts of interesting people. I specialize in treating mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mood disorders.

My approach to therapy

Through my experience, I utilize a lot of thought challenging and work to provide alternative perspectives, support, and reflection for patients.

What you can expect from me

A typical intake session with me will involve getting to know each other and gaining comfortability and trust. As a provider, I will ask you to identify some of your goals for our sessions together and ways in which you would like to grow. I utilize a lot of ACT therapy, in which we will accept our reactions and commit to improvement.
