Great to meet you!

I am an empathetic, passionate therapist working with adolescents, adults, and families to establish growth and stability. We work together overcoming anxiety, trauma, PTSD, life changes and other symptoms that may seem too daunting to face on your own. With over 7 years of professional experience, I have watched hundreds of dedicated clients work through struggles and achieve their goals. Some sessions are easier and some harder. The goal is to see my clients leave knowing they have an plan of action and something to work toward. Progress will be made while fears and concerns subside, and that is what makes our work so rewarding.

My approach to therapy

I use cognitive behavioral, collaborative, and person-centered therapeutic styles along with several others. As a therapist, I have seen long-lasting progress and success using these methods and nourishing our professional dynamic.

What you can expect from me

I want to know you for you as well as your struggles! Within the first session you will gain a sense of trust and comfort speaking openly and honestly. The goal is to make you feel confident in your decision to take this step, and I will be with you every step of the way. You are in control and can expect to leave more confident about the process. See you there!
