Great to meet you!

Thank you for making you a priority and looking into therapy!

I received a Masters degree in Social Work from Widener University and have been in private practice since 2009.

My practice comprises of work with children, teens and adults who are facing challenges, whether it is related to depression, anxiety, family conflict, interpersonal relationships, work conflict, health issues or just a desire to be more connected to people.

My approach to therapy

I approach therapy from a humanistic view. You will receive compassion, a non- judgmental attitude, respect, understanding and encouragement.

I believe that everyone has areas in their lives where they would like to grow and/or change and that everyone is capable of making the changes they desire.

We will be a team in enabling you to live the life you want to live!!

What you can expect from me

In sessions you can expect that we will be a team in helping you to achieve what you want to in therapy. We will come up with goals and the steps that we can take to allow you to be successful in achieving your identified goals.

Session may involve reviewing established goals, role-playing to help you master communicating with others or just talking about things that are going on in your life.

Sessions will be geared to you, the individual and what you need.
