Great to meet you!
I am a Korean adoptee and Southern California native with a passion for serving others and fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth in everyone I meet. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2021 and previously earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Azusa Pacific University. I have also completed peripartum care training through Postpartum Support International. I work with clients ages 12 and up who are struggling with a variety of concerns, specifically depression, anxiety, trauma, adoption issues, perinatal mental health, and substance use/addiction. I use a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-focused approach and utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions tailored to each client's individual needs. I am also a Brainspotting practitioner.
