Great to meet you!

I am a Korean adoptee and Southern California native with a passion for serving others and fostering a sense of belonging and self-worth in everyone I meet. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University in 2021 and previously earned my Bachelor of Arts degree at Azusa Pacific University. I have also completed peripartum care training through Postpartum Support International. I work with clients ages 12 and up who are struggling with a variety of concerns, specifically depression, anxiety, trauma, adoption issues, perinatal mental health, and substance use/addiction. I use a strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-focused approach and utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions tailored to each client's individual needs. I am also a Brainspotting practitioner.

My approach to therapy

I provide virtual individual therapy services to clients throughout the state of Colorado where I work alongside clients to empower and support them as they pursue their goals and active change in their lives. I seek to provide a safe, empathetic, and nonjudgmental environment in which my clients can explore the depths of who they are and the world in which they live. Change can be difficult and even painful for many of us, so I applaud you for seeking therapy. I strive to provide unwavering support and encouragement through the highs, lows, and every moment in between.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session, we will discuss your current concerns and collaborate to create a plan that incorporates your unique strengths and abilities and a variety of evidence-based practices to assist you in building the confidence to overcome life's challenges and achieve your goals.
