Great to meet you!

You may know something needs to change, but feel unsure what to adjust or where to begin.

I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 20 years of experience in emergency and mental health settings across diverse inpatient and outpatient care. I have worked in private practice, large healthcare systems, and outpatient clinics, which allows me to approach medication management and therapeutic strategies with a broad perspective — considering how biology, stress, and life circumstances interact.

I work collaboratively with patients to shape a course of care that reflects their goals and lived experience. I look forward to working with you.

My approach to therapy

As a Nurse Practitioner, my role is to diagnose and treat mental health conditions through medication management and supportive therapeutic strategies. My style is collaborative and rooted in thoughtful, evidence-informed care that reflects how mental health treatment continues to evolve. I work primarily with adults (18+) seeking diagnostic clarity, medication support, or coordinated care alongside a therapist. Areas of focus include anxiety, mood disorders, OCD, ADHD, depression, trauma-related concerns, eating disorders, and challenges with emotional regulation.

I am committed to providing inclusive, affirming care for individuals of all backgrounds, including those who identify as neurodivergent or LGBTQIA+.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to understand your current concerns, personal history, and what led you to seek care. We’ll also talk about what has been helpful or unhelpful in the past, including any previous treatment experiences. Sometimes it takes more than one session to gather a full understanding and decide on the best approach. If medication is recommended, we’ll review options together and choose a plan that feels safe, thoughtful, and aligned with your goals. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, share what’s most important to you, and together we’ll create a plan that feels right for you.
