Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Meredith! I have 11 years of clinical experience connecting with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, perinatal challenges, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I tailor therapy to fit you - your needs, your goals, and your pace - while helping you build insight and develop practical, effective coping strategies. I also enjoy supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transitions of motherhood, offering a safe space to process challenges, build confidence, and feel more like themselves again.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. I strive to offer honest, direct feedback in a way that feels supportive, respectful, and aligned with your goals.

What you can expect from me

Taking the first step toward support can feel challenging, but you don’t have to face it alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable and understood. Together we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you, strengthen your resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. If you feel ready to take the next step, I welcome you to reach out. I look forward to speaking with you soon!
