Great to meet you!

My name is Meredith Nunnelly. I'm an LCSW and I am passionate about helping others. I work with adults who are healing from experiences that have left a lasting mark. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed lens, supporting clients who experience anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm. I focus on creating a safe, supportive space to explore emotional experiences and untangle unhelpful thought patterns in order to build greater safety and security within oneself. I incorporate approaches such as EMDR and parts work to support deeper healing and integration. I also work with adults navigating life transitions, helping them move through change in ways that feel aligned, intentional, and supportive.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in empathy and compassion. I am committed to working together to set therapeutic goals and create the appropriate treatment plan. I wholeheartedly believe that you are capable and you are the expert in your own life, and I am here to support you on your journey. In our sessions, I draw from different therapeutic modalities but ultimately allow you to drive how you want therapy to go. People are created for connection and I would love to connect with you.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to have autonomy in our work together. I want you to feel that you are getting what you came to therapy. I believe relationships are the most important part of the therapeutic process, so my first priority is to develop a deep relationship with you to feel seen, heard, and known in order to achieve your goals in therapy and find healing.
