Great to meet you!

I have been in practice as a mental health and substance use counselor since 2008. I have a master's degree in community mental health and substance use. I work with individuals (14 & up) and couples to support them in creating meaningful change in their lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I provide psychotherapy and substance use telehealth services to individuals, couples and families. I am committed to working with diverse individuals (LGBTQ+), ages 14 and older, tailoring varied therapeutic methods as needed to best support them in creating meaningful change in their lives. I also work with couples; providing space and support to deepen their connection, further their communication skills and enable them to move more successfully through conflict.

What you can expect from our first session

My hope is that my clients feel heard, supported and challenged.
