Great to meet you!

Hi there! I'm Meredith, and I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

I have advanced training in EMDR and draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, and somatic approaches to support deeper, lasting change. My work is especially helpful for clients who feel stuck in patterns- like overthinking, emotional overwhelm, self-doubt, or difficulty in relationships- even if they’ve done therapy before.

I’m passionate about helping clients move beyond just coping to truly understanding themselves, healing at a deeper level, and creating more aligned, fulfilling lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and holistic. I integrate EMDR, parts work (IFS), attachment-focused therapy, nervous system-based and somatic practices to help you understand both the emotional and physiological roots of what you’re experiencing.

I tend to be inquisitive and insight-oriented while also helping you build practical tools for change. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep showing up in your life, develop a deeper relationship with your internal world, and support your nervous system in feeling more regulated and resilient.

I believe therapy should feel both supportive and impactful- creating space for reflection, while also gently challenging you toward meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you- what’s bringing you in, what you’ve been navigating, and what you’re hoping for from therapy. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to understand your history, current challenges, and goals, while also making sure you feel comfortable and at ease.

We’ll begin to identify patterns or themes in your experience and collaborate on a direction for our work together. You can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where you don’t have to have everything figured out.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, grounded, and with a clearer sense of how we can move forward in a way that feels meaningful and aligned for you.
