I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, collaborative, and human. I bring empathy, a sense of humor, and a strong focus on building a genuine therapeutic connection. I also believe you should set the pace for counseling — this is your space, and we move in a way that feels right for you.
My approach is grounded in family systems theories, including systemic and strategic models, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I look at how relationships, past and present, shape who we are and how we move through the world. Together, we explore patterns, strengthen communication, and develop practical tools that support healthier thoughts, behaviors, and connections.
I welcome clients from all backgrounds, cultures, and identities, including members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I work well with individuals, couples, and families who are curious about how their relationships and life experiences have influenced their current challenges. You may be navigating conflict, life transitions, emotional stress, or feeling stuck in patterns that keep repeating.
