Great to meet you!

Anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges can leave you feeling overwhelmed or stuck. You deserve support that helps you move forward with confidence. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience, I help individuals navigate stress, grief, anger, family concerns, addiction, ADHD, and PTSD. I also have experience supporting military personnel and their families through life’s challenges.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel heard, respected, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, affirming, and solution oriented, helping you identify your strengths and develop practical ways to manage anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship concerns. Together, we will explore patterns that may be holding you back, build healthier coping skills, and focus on meaningful changes that support your emotional well being and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity to share what has been weighing on you and what you hope to change. I will listen carefully, learn about your experiences, and work with you to identify your priorities and goals. You do not need to have everything figured out before we begin. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can feel understood and start building a path toward greater balance, resilience, and emotional wellness.
