Great to meet you!

Clinical Social Worker / Therapist

I am a licensed independent social worker with over 25 years of experience in clinical practice. I have learned that pain, suffering, and fear can feel overwhelming—sometimes making life seem unbearable. I also know that while processing painful issues can be difficult, and at times even frightening, the rewards of doing this work are profound. Healing brings greater confidence, personal growth, more fulfilling relationships, and a renewed sense of joy.

My approach to therapy

Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused therapy will be the approaches I use to create a safe and supportive space to process problems to help you achieve your goals, whether you are coping with grief, depression, anxiety, or unresolved wounds from your past.

What you can expect from me

In our first sessions, I will be gathering information to help you identify therapy goals and practical tools to help you continue functioning and growing outside of therapy. Each session is designed to support your ongoing healing from past and present challenges that are impacted your life.
