Great to meet you!

Relationship strain, grief, the quiet weight of low self-esteem, major life changes — these don't have to stay as heavy as they feel. With more than 20 years of experience, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with adults and parents navigating some of life's harder seasons, including divorce and separation, isolation, and the search for self-worth and purpose. I treat relationship struggles as skills to learn, not failures to accept. And I believe therapy can be straightforward and practical — not theory-heavy.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrative and built around you. In sessions, we look at how your thoughts, habits, and routines are affecting your mood and relationships — then identify realistic steps you can try between meetings to see small changes add up. Topics like self-love, forgiveness, and purpose are explored in simple, concrete ways. Together, we'll work toward clearer communication, better coping, and a stronger sense of direction.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get acquainted. We'll talk about what's been weighing on you, what you're hoping to feel or do differently, and what matters most right now. You can expect a warm, collaborative space where you feel comfortable being honest. You don't have to have it figured out. Reach out — I'd love to connect.
