Great to meet you!

Nice to meet you! I became a therapist because I care about the human experience and want to support you in learning to manage life's challenges. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and stress and have a clinical background in supporting those dealing with cancer diagnosis and treatment. I have a special interest in psycho-oncology, women's issues, and issues facing LGBTQIA+ populations. Let's work together to re-discover your wellness!

My approach to therapy

Since therapy isn't a one-size-fits-all deal, I take an integrative approach with my methods to meet each individual's unique needs. My clinical approaches to counseling include the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psycho-Oncology, mindfulness and grounding techniques, motivational interviewing, Adlerian therapy, and dream exploration. I am currently offering virtual counseling sessions only.

What you can expect from me

I am here to help you re-establish your sense of well-being! My goal is to create a safe space for motivated individuals who are open to exploring life’s challenges and making positive changes. Come collaborate with me to gain insight into the barriers holding you back from living like a whole person and reclaim wellness.
