Great to meet you!

I’m a Black nonbinary, neuroqueer therapist with lived experience as a queer person which deeply informs my work supporting trans and nonbinary adults and their loved ones. I’m committed to creating an identity-affirming space where clients feel respected, seen, and empowered to grow. I specialize in helping clients navigate identity exploration, relationship dynamics, and breaking old patterns that no longer serve them.

A bit about my approach to therapy

You deserve a therapeutic relationship where all aspects of your identity are welcomed and honored. I'm committed to meeting you exactly where you are in your journey, without judgment or preconceptions. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming. I use mindfulness and CBT-based tools to help clients slow down, notice their patterns, and respond with intention rather than reactivity. I focus on building authentic connections, improving communication, and fostering self-awareness. Therapy is a space to explore challenges, unlearn harmful patterns, and practice new ways of showing up with more clarity and care, always grounded in respect and affirmation of your identity.

What you can expect from our first session

Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity about their needs and boundaries, and stronger skills for communicating authentically. They develop tools to manage stress and overwhelm while building healthier relationships with themselves and others. Loved ones of trans and nonbinary people also gain deeper understanding of gender identity and insights into how their own patterns affect their relationships. Together we work toward more affirming and connected relationships without judgment or shame. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
