I have had the privilege of working with children & families to help them navigate the challenges of life. I have utilized a variety of approaches including play therapy and EMDR for children and adults.

By creating a safe and supportive envioronment and working collaboratively with my clients, I have been able to help them to achieve their goals and improve their mental well-being. I have been able to help children and families improve their mental health and lead, happier, healthier lives.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I have worked with children and families my entire career in a variety of settings including schools and mental health clinics. I have experience working with children 0 to 17 and their familie who have experienced trauma, behavioral and mental health challenges. I have experience working with families who are experiencing conflict, communication and parenting issues.
