Great to meet you!

Stress, anxiety, and internal pressure rarely stay neatly tucked inside our heads. More often than not, they show up in the body as tight shoulders, a clenching jaw, a racing heart, or a constant pit in your stomach while you try to push through your workday or navigate a life transition.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in working with driven women navigating perfectionism, work stress, and high expectations. The kind of women who are used to holding everything together. Whether you are processing past trauma, stepping into motherhood, navigating complex cultural dynamics, or moving through a major life transition. Together, we look beyond quick band-aids to get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck.

In our work together, we connect the dots between your past experiences and your current mindset, using values work to help you turn internal pressure into genuine ease, improve your relationships, and live authentically. As a BIPOC clinician, I am deeply committed to providing culturally responsive, affirming care where every part of your story is honored.

My approach to therapy

I view therapy as a true side-by-side partnership. My role isn't to sit back and nod, but to pull up a virtual chair and figure things out alongside you. My style is warm, grounded, and straightforward, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, and somatic tools. Our sessions feel like real, engaging conversations focused on helping you calm your physical nervous system, regain control, and make lasting, long-term change. We work together at a pace that feels steady and supportive, with room for honesty, vulnerability, and real change.

What you can expect from me

Our first meeting will be a warm, low-pressure space to explore what’s currently on your plate, clarify your goals, outline what relief looks like for you, and see how it feels to work together. Ongoing sessions will feel like real, collaborative conversations where we balance deep, root-cause exploration with practical tools to calm your physical nervous system. We’ll take things at a pace that feels right for you. No pressure, no judgment. Just come as you are!
