Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California and Texas, I warmly welcome you. Considering therapy is already a meaningful step toward growth and positive change. Throughout my years of practice, I have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and across the lifespan—from young children to older adults—supporting them through a wide range of concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is trauma-informed and integrative, with a specialization in depression, anxiety, and trauma. While many clients seek support for depression or anxiety, we often find that unresolved trauma is at the root of these symptoms.

Because trauma affects both the mind and nervous system, I believe treatment requires more than talk therapy alone. In addition to insight-oriented and cognitive approaches, I incorporate neurologically informed, evidence-based methods to support nervous system regulation and deeper healing. My goal is to help clients achieve not only symptom relief, but lasting emotional resilience and a stronger sense of self.

What you can expect from me

My commitment extends beyond simply addressing symptoms or conditions; rather, I am deeply passionate about guiding individuals toward a profound understanding of themselves and fostering the development of healthy, fulfilling relationships both within and outside of themselves.
