Great to meet you!

Each of us is innately wired with a capacity for change and growth. I’m a strengths-based therapist who will work with you to identify places of stuckness while leveraging the strengths and resources that are already part of who you are towards the growth you’re wanting. I specialize in somatic therapy and have experience working with anxiety, depression, and trauma. I work with adults, young adults, LGBTQ2IA+, and neurodivergent clients.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a personalized approach for each person, drawing on a variety of interventions from both cognitive and body-based frameworks.

What you can expect from our first session

I strive to create a supportive environment where you feel you can bring your whole self, including the messy, imperfect, and ashamed parts that we often hide from the world. I'd love to connect with a 15-minute free consultation call to figure out if working together might be a good fit.
