Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Mia, a therapist who believes therapy should feel like a safe, supportive space where you can be yourself and feel genuinely heard. I work with children, adolescents, and families, and I strive to build trusting relationships while helping clients navigate challenges, develop healthy coping skills, and better understand themselves. My approach is warm, compassionate, and individualized—I meet each client where they are and work together to find what feels most helpful. I look forward to getting to know you and being part of your journey.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and individualized. I specialize in working with clients navigating disordered eating, OCD, perfectionism, relationships, and challenging life transitions. I draw from ACT, CBT, DBT, and individual psychotherapy to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, build practical coping skills, and create meaningful change. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel supported and understood while also being gently challenged to grow in ways that feel authentic to you.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming space where you feel heard and understood. We’ll spend time getting to know you, learning what brings you to therapy, and discussing what you hope to get out of our work together. We’ll begin identifying patterns, challenges, and goals, while also making a plan for how I can best support you moving forward. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—we’ll take it one step at a time, together.
