Great to meet you!

I know what it’s like to want change and feel unsure where to begin. That’s why I created Oh Shift-a space to pause, breathe, and start again. As a dual-certified Nurse Practitioner with over 10 years of experience, I bring clinical expertise grounded in genuine compassion. I don’t believe you’re broken, I believe you’re becoming. Your story matters, and this work is about helping you shift into the next version of yourself with clarity, confidence, and intention.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in real life experience. I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are-no pressure, no judgment-just support and understanding. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing using evidence-based care paired with a human, down-to-earth approach. From there, we’ll build a plan that fits your life, honors your needs, and helps you create the kind of meaningful shift that truly lasts.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is where the shift begins. We’ll explore your story, uncover what’s been standing in your way, and clarify what you truly want for yourself. This is a safe, judgment-free space to be seen and understood. You’ll leave with focus, confidence, and a roadmap for change that feels doable and sustainable.
