Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and I am eager to assist my clients with becoming a better version of themselves. I specialize in assisting with anxiety, depression, relationship/family issues, women's issues, and divorce.

My approach to therapy

The therapy techniques I commonly use to assist the client in achieving goals include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered, and Solution Focused Therapy. I have a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northern Illinois University, and have experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression and trauma.

The goal of each session is for clients to talk through and process things that my interrupt their quality of life, then develop skills and strategies to implement when challenges arise.
