Great to meet you!

Mia is a compassionate therapist who integrates clinical expertise with a focus on wellness. With a deep understanding of human behavior and a commitment to personal growth, Mia provides a safe and supportive space for individuals and couples to explore their challenges and cultivate meaningful change. Mia specializes in anxiety, ADHD, and relationship issues.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in clinical expertise while maintaining a strong focus on overall wellness. I believe that meaningful change happens when individuals feel safe, understood, and empowered. With a deep understanding of human behavior, I work to help clients explore patterns that may be holding them back while also building on their existing strengths.

I integrate evidence-based therapeutic techniques with a holistic lens, recognizing the connection between mental health, emotional well-being, and daily functioning. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I tailor my approach to meet each client’s unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. Whether addressing anxiety, ADHD, or relationship concerns, I aim to help clients increase self-awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and foster personal growth both inside and outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where they are encouraged to show up as they are. I value authenticity and collaboration, and I see therapy as a partnership. Together, we will explore challenges at a pace that feels manageable while working toward meaningful and sustainable change.

Sessions are both reflective and practical. In addition to processing emotions and experiences, clients can expect to learn concrete tools to manage anxiety, improve focus and organization, strengthen communication, and build healthier relationships. I also emphasize self-compassion and wellness, helping clients move away from self-criticism and toward greater balance, confidence, and clarity.

My goal is for clients to leave therapy feeling more connected to themselves, more equipped to handle life’s challenges, and more empowered to create the life and relationships they want.
