Great to meet you!

I want to work with patients who would like to learn more about the disorders that are impacting them and ways to operate despite having a disorder, as they are people first. My ideal patient is open to feedback, has a willingness to set goals, and is ready to take the first steps toward their own mental health journey. I operate from a person-first model that will help you better empower yourself to understand how stressors, illness, relationships, work, etc are impacting how you see yourself and help you find your way back to you. I consider a holistic approach to therapy as well, and I have a special heart for veterans and cultural diversity. I invite patients to reach out to me to better understand themselves and the world around them.

My approach to therapy

I take a holistic approach to help patients understand the mind body connection and learn how to set specific goals to see their potential for growth
