Great to meet you!

Truth: If going into therapy were easy, then everyone would do it. If you would like a direct therapist, try working with me. I believe that healing comes from doing the work. Real, lasting change demands full commitment—a willingness to show up daily to become the best version of ourselves. I've been an LPC for 23 years, my professional background spans leadership, clinical practice, and mentorship. Throughout my career, I have learned that people value connection -whether it’s through shared goals, emotions, or by being seen and heard.

As a seasoned mental health professional, I specialize in helping adults navigate addiction, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, relationship challenges, and parenting struggles. I also have extensive experience supporting those serving in the military and veterans.

My approach to therapy

My counseling approach is grounded in integrity, compassion, and a deep commitment to service—values I live by.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll take some time to explore what's bringing you to therapy and what you'd like to gain from it. From there, we'll discuss the most helpful ways to work together and support your way forward.
