Great to meet you!

I come to this work with a deep respect for the healing process and the vulnerability that my clients bring to the space. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is critical for change to occur. I bring warmth, curiosity, presence, and sometimes humor to our sessions.

My approach to therapy

I offer a warm and conversational approach to support individuals and couples in the process of exploration, reflection, and healing. Working collaboratively, I will help you bring awareness to old patterns that may no longer be serving you. Our work may involve explorative, insight-focused talk therapy as well as body-oriented mindfulness to get in touch with all of your dimensions and restore a sense of connectedness to yourself and others.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I want to learn what brings you to therapy, and also provide you with space to ask any questions you may have in order to asses if we are the right fit. Therapy is not one size fits all, so I encourage potential clients to really "window shop" to get a feel for the right therapist for you.
