Great to meet you!

My approach is client centered, trauma-informed and integrative to foster healing and personal growth. I use empathy, connection, humor and curiosity to connect with clients. I believe our relationship with ourselves greatly impacts our relationships with others and therapy offers a unique space to share honestly about the areas in our lives where we are stuck or struggling.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe healing begins in connection and finding a good counseling fit to engage in this process is crucial. I offer a calm, peaceful space to share, process and reflect on any areas of stress or suffering as well as building self-exploration necessary for change and growth. I meet clients where they are are at in each session and utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to their needs, strengths and goals including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based techniques and solution-focused strategies.

What you can expect from our first session

My work is centered around supporting clients to feel empowered to manage and move through challenges in their lives, relationships or internal experiences. This process looks different depending on the individual, but is always rooted in building insight, greater self-compassion and emotional resiliency.
