Great to meet you!

I am a Board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and a dual Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner currently licensed to practice in fifteen states.

I have over 23 years of medical experience, which started in the military. I completed my MBA in 2007, my MS in Clinical Psychology in 2018, my BSN-RN in 2018, my MS-NP in 2022, and my Doctor of Nursing Practice in 2024. I am also a police officer with over 10 years as a Mental Health Peace Officer and investigative hypnotist.

My approach to therapy

I firmly believe in a holistic approach to care in which both the body and mind must be evaluated for a more effective outcome to mental health treatment. I also believe mental health should not be stigmatized because everyone needs somebody to talk to or a shoulder to cry on sometimes. My goal is to be there for our clients through good and bad times.

What you can expect from me

Although out focus is primarily on medication management for mental health problems, patients will also receive psychotherapy as needed during session to empower them to face any problem or task with confidence and support.
