I'm a Licensed Social Worker in Washington State. I've worked in social services since 2008, and I've focused on my own practice since 2022. I specialize in supporting clients work through trauma, grief, relationship issues, recovery, and deconstruction.
I believe clients already have what they need to heal. My role is to work empathetically around thoughts, feelings, motivations, and goals. I specialize in trauma therapy, grief therapy, relationship counseling, and recovery.
In our first session I'll be helping you share a lot about yourself. This is where I do the intake, and that means asking about things that are highly relevant to why you are coming in for help. I'll also ask about things that might not feel as relevant to you. This helps me get a more complete picture of who you are and how I can best help you. Because you matter.
